Shipping & delivery

Shipping arrangements depend on the item, its packed size and weight, the delivery address, and the service required.

Items with shipping invoiced separately

For items marked “Shipping billed separately,” including our inventory furniture and antiques, antler pieces, and other items awaiting a confirmed shipping rate, checkout collects payment for merchandise and applicable tax. KCC will quote and invoice shipping separately after purchase. Shipping must be paid before these items are dispatched.

A $0, “Free,” or other shipping amount shown at checkout does not include shipping for these separately quoted items. It is not an offer of free delivery. In a mixed order, a shipping charge shown at checkout covers only the items with a checkout shipping rate; a separate shipping invoice is still required for the marked items.

Please review and acknowledge the separate shipping invoice notice in your cart before paying for merchandise. Contact KCC before purchasing if you need to know shipping costs first.

Items with a shipping rate at checkout

For inventory items marked “Freight calculated at checkout,” the carrier charge covers residential curbside delivery with liftgate. KCC covers standard packing and crating. Inside delivery, white-glove service, assembly and installation are not included; please contact KCC before purchase if you need these services.

Eligible parcel items may have shipping rates or free-shipping offers shown at checkout. Items fulfilled through Shopify Collective, including MATCH, may have supplier shipping charges. These rates and offers apply only to the relevant items and do not include shipping for items marked “Shipping billed separately.” White-glove delivery is separately quoted when required; it is not covered by a universal flat fee.

Delivery services and timing

Small parcels may ship by ground service. Furniture, oversized, fragile, or high-value items may require freight, crating, or a specialist delivery service. The quote will identify the service and any packing, residential, liftgate, appointment, inside-delivery, or other charges. Freight service does not automatically include white-glove delivery, assembly, or installation.

Production and order-processing lead times are separate from carrier transit time. Made-to-order items ship after production is complete. Please confirm current lead times with KCC before ordering if your purchase is needed by a particular date.
